The Sturt Noble Associates were engaged by Statewide Planning and Stanisic Architects to Prepare a Landscape Master Plan for the proposed Camellia Precinct.
The site is located on a section of land bordering the Parramatta River at Camellia, set between James Ruse Drive and the Rail line.The proposed development involves the construction of 12 new residential apartment buildings, commercial space and associated infrastructure including roadways, public realm and communal open space and parks located directly on the river in close vicinity to the Parramatta business district.
