Sturt Noble was engaged to master plan and design all of the landscape elements for this residential estate. This Bardia Park, Brigade Park, Mont Saint Quentin Recreational Oval and The Valley Reserve. In addition to this an entry experience and sales office layout and streetscape scheme was developed by Sturt Noble with urban design treatments for ‘superlots’. The local public parks are engaging landscape spaces with high levels of activity; and integrate fitness circuits, adventure play, bush trails, pedestrian commuter paths, BBQ, shelters, ample passive seating, ‘kick around’ areas and water management.
