This complex comprising warehousing, light industrial units, childcare centre, offices and a café is located adjacent to a sensitive riparian corridor. Along this 50m section of Narrabeen Creek an endemic landscape was recreated, with the regeneration & revegetation of remnant vegetation protecting and enhancing the creek corridor. Landscaping provides a structured design to the street front, softening the impact of buildings and acting as a screen between the street and the developments built form. Advanced Cabbage Palms and predominantly native planting create a corporate image to the development whilst respecting the bushland setting of Warriewood.
