ARCHIBALD AVE

This prominent building is part of the Diversity project in Waterloo with a Turner Architects building requiring a level 3 800m2 private communal green leisure area.  Including a bar area, spacious deck adjoining a large lawn area. Bounded by native grasses, Wi Fi enabled ‘recluse pods,’ colourful custom shade structures and a pool area with extensive views beyond the site. Also level 6 outdoor dining areas, the Becton property Group brief was for 3 completely separated ‘12 person bookable dining areas.’ At street level the public domain set out includes planting, casual seating.
